ABOUT HANS
Hans started competing at age 13 and rode with South Africa’s top trainer Gonda Betrix, Olympic rider and South Africa’s top trainer for over 40 years.
During his many years of coaching he:
- show jumped at Medium A levels
- achieved colours for Eventing
- owned a stud farm and training centre
- imported stallions from Germany for breeding purposes
- coached riders of all levels
- trained young horses for clients
- was on the National Executive Committee of the SA Warmblood Horse Society
- Chariman of the above Western Province Region
Hans specializes in the Natural Training Method i.e. not using harsh or forceful training methods.
